Please note though that not all font types are designed with a boldface or italics, and if that is the case, these buttons will not work.
Boldface, italics and underline – I often use these to put an emphasis on a certain text or group of text, and they’re very handy if you’re very particular with the proper formatting of book titles and such. Font color – click on the font color to change the color of your text. Strikethrough, superscript and subscript – I personally don’t use these, but they are there if you need them. The font list is then followed by fonts that you have on your computer. 
I made sure that these fonts come with the template so you can use them immediately.
Font type and font size – Click on the pull down button to view the list of different font types and the first fonts you see in the list are the fonts that the template uses. Text Alignment – to change the text alignment to left, center, right, or left and right justified. Select your text then start formatting using the form field text properties toolbar. Then, press CTRL-E (for Windows) or Command-E (for Mac) and the text properties tool bar will appear. And, it will also let you know how to get the original formatting back (the one that your template started with) in case you’ve completely altered the original formatting and decide you prefer the original formatting! (That’s ok! It happens! And, you can get it back!) So how do you format the text of your Adobe PDF template? It’s really easy!įirst, make sure to open your template pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (as always, use Acrobat Reader only). If your Adobe PDF template allows text formatting (it’ll be mentioned in the item description in the shop), this means you can change the font types, font size, change the font color and also the alignment of your own text.
